Add a comment and timestamp to a backup

I would like to be able to add a comment to my backups and the UI should show a timestamp or maybe the name of the tar file should show date-time.
If I am trying out a number of changes, I want to make backups between the changes, but the current naming of the tar files is not very helpful.

I can see what you are saying, but I just look at the file date and time to figure this out.
