Add a service to recalculate energy costs

Add a service to recalculate energy costs with the following parameters:

  • energy entity (required)
  • start date (optional). If not specified start from the first date.
  • end date (optional). If not specified end now.
  • static energy price (optional). If not specified take the configured price.

Haven’t seen anything new on this but would be extremely useful.

I just spent 6 months with a static rate for export when it should have been variable :man_facepalming: so it would be so nice to have the ability to get the correct data in HA.
