Everything has been working. Reboots haven’t helped. Now I can’t add any new devices. I don’t recall a device failing to add but When I hit add device, I get
Add a Z-Wave device
The device could not be added.
Config entry 28e5d68105cce2e32d6e86adad45b8d1 not loaded

Quick update on what worked for me.
Previously, I was going to:
Settings > Devices & services > Devices > Add Device, and I would get this error on ZWave.
Instead, I had to go here to get pairing to work:
Settings > Integrations > Z-Wave > Click configure on the hub > Add Device.
Pairing worked fine after that.
