Add ability to enable/disable recorder on entity settings dialogue

It would be great if we could have the ability to enable/disable the recorder for a particular entity on the entity settings page

Alternatively a page like the alexa/google entity selection would be just as useful

It would also be useful to be able to see the number of captured states over the last 24 hours on the same entity settings page, this would allow an educated decision on whether to record an entity or not
