Add and edit template entities through helper entities page

I would like to be able to add, edit, and delete template entities in the UI. I think the Helpers entities page would be a great place to implement this.

This is something that would make it enormously much easier for newcommers

Ran into this today, and was surprised it wasn’t already a helper type. Seems like an ideal candidate!
