Add autogenerated lovelace UI

Before the possibility of having multiple lovelace dashboards introduced in version 0.107, I already created my own managed UI.
Since 0.107 it is possible to have multiple lovelace dashboards including the autogenerated one.

Is there a possibility for me to re-add the autogenerated dashboard again, as a separate dashboard?

For me, if I create a new Dashboard under settings > lovelace dashboards, it’s an auto generated for default.
