Add average daily temp to gas consumption in energy dashboard

Hi,
I would like to better understand how my gas consumption relates to the average outside temperature. I understand that I could create this on my own, but I’d like to see that directly in my energy dashboard.

Totally aggree with Patrik85. This would be a very usefull addition. This way we could make more sense of why there is a high (or low) gas usage.

+1 from me. I do not understand how this had only one vote. How can one compare heating gas usage without outside temerature?
Every time i change something regarding heating its really difficult to compare before/after gas usage.

Please add a selected temperature sensor or some value from the home weather integration similar to the dotted solar forcast line used for the solar diagram.

Hi, havn’t found this imo helpful requests, so I will try it this way. For Energy dashboard it would be a nice feature to define a sensor for ambient temperature and to have an average temperature graph overlay on the i.e. gas and electricity statistics. Please consider a user interface to adapt the scale for the axis to fixed values. Depending on the consumption skipping through several i.e. days gives volatile axis scaling and this does not help to evaluate the average consumption tende…
