Add BitTorrent client to HassOS/supervisor to enable faster spread of images

I think it would be nice to have a BitTorrent client added to the HassOS/Supervisor code. That way, images can be spread faster and with less server bandwidth used by the central servers.

Preferably, make it possible to set a sharing factor/maximum upload speed somewhere in the UI .

Interesting idea. It would have to be optional for users on metered connections.

Given that the images are held on hub.docker.com, I’m not sure how much bandwidth is an actual issue though.
