Please add graph for individual water and gas usage meter devices and tracking of untracked water and gas consumption to the Energy dashboard (similarly to graphs for individual energy devices and untracked energy in that dashboard).
Perhaps also consider doing the same for gas to separate energy dashboard tracking gas usage if have individual gas meters on for example, gas water heater, gas furnace, gas stove, gas fireplace, etc.
Anyway, the Energy dashboard added energy graph for individual electrical devices (in 2024 April release) as well as added tracking untracked energy (in 2024 September release) thanks to @karwosts who was the original creator of that graph in the energy dashboard, however what is now missing for feature-parity is to do the same for water and gas trackers in the same Energy dashboard.

While it is probably way less common to have individual water consumption meters on each appliance using water (i.e. dish washer, washing machine) or for every shower, bathtub, indoor spigot/faucet, and outdoor water taps, or garden irregation systems. Just as it is probably uncommon to have individual gas meters on each gas appliance. It would still be nice to have this option for water and gas by default for completeness and feature-parity with energy in the same dashboard.
