Add group.all_* with AppDaemon

if you got AD 4 installed, you have to set the http section and admin section in appdaemon.yaml

http:
  url: http://ip:port

admin:

then you can access the admin interface on that url.

you shouldnt add it to your configuration, but to apps.yaml
