Add heatmiserWifi thermostat to the existing heatmiser component

The current Heatmiser climate component supports devices which connect over RS232/IP. Later devices supporting Wifi are not supported by that component. Until recently custom component https://github.com/daveNewcastle/Heatmiser-WIFI based on the native heatmiser component did work fine. Since change #23899 this custom component has not worked.

Can you integrate the above functionality for Wifi thermostats into the existing heatmiser component?

An alternative to Dave Newcastles Heatmiser-WIFI component (which has not be updated for three years) is to use this component:
