Not sure why you posted the links but they will not help.

What will help is to create an issue here for the missing HmIP-SMO (Bewegungsmelder außen) to include it in the Rest-API:

There is currently an issue with HmIP-SMO in 0.92.x.

Will be fixed in 0.93.0

Not sure if already answered in the forum, and not directly relevant for the specific issue at hand; but i asked homematic if they plan to share documentation on their API and to support it (Homematic IP).
So that it becomes official and possibly a better integration can be done.

Will post an update once they share an answer.
