Add more useful user management tools to the user configuration screen

When going to “Configuration” -> “Users” one can see the user name and ID. When clicking on user, you can see some status info, plus you can delete the user.

Things that are missing, imho:

  1. The username. It should be displayed somewhere. Preferably both on the all users page and on the individual user page.
  2. A password change button. Right now, it seems the only way to change password is to delete the user and create a new one, or do something from the command line, which is far more complicated.
