Add-on: RPC Shutdown Error

can anyone please help I installed the RPC Shutdown addon, but I get the following error when I’m calling the service.

Could not initialise pipe winreg. Error was NT_STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND [Error] Shutdown fails ->

I get the same error, i’ve never been able to get this to work, ive tried it on two instances of HA.

Any ideas please??

This is only related to the client PC, not the addon. Google gives a lot of results, there few hints :

  • PC Firewall
  • Windows GPO
  • Remote registry service
