Add paging to logbook - to improve page responsiveness

Logbook page might take some time to load when there is lot of data.
Adding paging will improve the UX by improving loading time.

I saw this and was sure it was a duplicate feature request. But I can’t find a duplicate. Have a vote.

…also making paging optional/required on desktop/mobile would be nice.

I think that retrieving results from DBs should always be limited in some way (e.g. paging). otherwise, you might have bad UX and performance issues when lot of data available.

in my case, it can take ~20 sec to load the loadbook.
