Add presence detect to Tesla Integration

Hi all,

I’d love to see some sort of presence detection for the Tesla Integration. There are two fields returned by the API that might work.
1.) in_service (in vehicle state)
2.) is_user_present (in vehicle state)

this would allow me to react to events when the vehicle is in use. For example, set an enforced speed limit when my wife is driving the car… :smiley:
