Every other page linked from the main menu has the sandwich menu in the upper left.
I’ve opted to hide the sidebar on my laptop, but without the sandwich menu it breaks the navigation flow.
Swipe in from the left hand edge of the screen.

there are workarounds, mostly mentioned it for the sake of consistency in UI design since as it stands I think I’ve found a sandwich menu on all but these two instances.
Click close to the left hand edge and drag with the mouse / trackpad

I hesitate to click 'Solved" because i still believe in the merit of UI-consistency, so you get a ‘Like’.
