Add services to Ecobee integration

I would like to add some services to the Ecobee integration. Specifically, the ability to control the mic (for the Ecobee 4), the Smart Home/Away and Follow Me settings, and the DST mode.
My PR was merged into the Ecobee library used by Home Assistant here.
I’d be happy to make a PR to Home Assistant, but I’m uncertain if this “follows protocol,” and further, whether mic and dst settings should be in the climate module, or somewhere else…
I’m new to Home Assistant, but not to Python, so any guidance here would be greatly appreciated.
