Add shading config to forecast.solar

Hi,

all those small private solar panels may not be optimally exposed and have “shading hours”. My panels get sun from 11:00. But there is no way to configure that.

Other and more precise approach instead of setting a time, configure the sun angle, from which the panels are shined on. But this might be a harder value to determine for most of the users.

Recently there is the possibility to set a start (time) value in the API request, would something like this meet your feature request? If so, I’d like to see if we can add this to the integration.
