Add some love to FOSCAM integration

Hi,

I have a foscam cam that in my opinion has a lot of functionality comparing with other local solution.

I noticed that it lacks of “love” so it only expose stream + sleep button.

Other capabilities (like PTZ, or motion and sound sensor) are not natively supported), and I think it’s a pity.

I know PTZ is exposed as a service but it is not native available in the device page.
Other sensor can be created using community guides but I was wondering if it can be developed.

Hey sorry but I’ve stepped down as maintainer as I don’t have anymore Foscam cameras so it was difficult to review stuff without testing. There is a new maintainer you can check here: Foscam - Home Assistant
