Add sql server support back for the recorder

I am not sure why this was removed…
But i would love if support was added back to support MS SQL Server.

The HA team had to limit the number of DB types to a list they could actually support. Their resources are not unlimited. See: https://github.com/home-assistant/architecture/pull/644

It is very unlikely to be added back.
