Add Support for Cut, Copy & Paste of a To-Do List Item

A cut, copy and paste of a To-Do Item would allow the following:

  1. This should not only allow for a move on a To-Do item from one To-Do List to another as mentioned in Feature Request: " Add support for moving a To-Do item between lists" but also,
  2. Allow for pasting a To-Do item into a markdown and maintain its markdown properties
  3. Allow for pasting a To-Do item into other apps outside of HA
  4. This would also allow for management of To-Do Lists to combine To-Do items if implemented correctly.
