Add support for HMIP-SLO on cloud platform

Hello,
this component is already supported by the classic homematic platform, and starting with version 0.10.5 also by the homematicip-rest-api (https://github.com/coreGreenberet/homematicip-rest-api).

Please add support in HA for homematicip_cloud.
