What are your expectations regarding “support” of network cards based upon that chip, exactly?
Is it a problem that they don’t work inside HAOS?

I have this very same issue. Motorcomm YT6801 isn’t detected by HAOS, so there is no network available after install

I just bought a new MLLSE Mini PC (N3350 cpu) to use with HAOS and found out this

### Describe the issue you are experiencing HAOS does not recognize the Motorco…mm YT6801 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter upon boot. Drivers are not integrated into the kernel. ### What operating system image do you use? generic-x86-64 (Generic UEFI capable x86-64 systems) ### What version of Home Assistant Operating System is installed? 12.3 ### Did you upgrade the Operating System. Yes ### Steps to reproduce the issue 1. Install HaOS on x86 platform mini-PC Soyo M2 2. I get an error when loading and HAOS goes into protected mode at the CLI startup stage ### Anything in the Supervisor logs that might be useful for us? ```txt No logs, because I didn't even start because of missing Ethernet ``` ### Anything in the Host logs that might be useful for us? ```txt Quite a popular Chinese budget miniPC with a new Ethernet adapter. I found drivers for Windows, they work great in Win. Please add driver support to the HAOS kernel. There are versions with different Ethernet adapters; previously I came across a Realtec-adapter.
