Add support for Lutron connected Bulb Remote

The Lutron Connected Bulb Remote (model LZL4BWHL01) is a 4 button Zigbee remote which is widely available at retailers like Home Depot. The remote is unique in that it is designed to fit perfectly in a Decora wall plate, allowing it to be wall mounted in place of a switch.

The remote currently will join the Zigbee network and get’s added to the Zigbee database, but once paired does not appear anywhere in the HASS UI or in the entity listing. It would be awesome to have native support for this remote so it can be used to control non Zigbee bulbs via HASS.

Any movement on this. It’s also the last thing that I was still using wink for, managed to port everything else directly to HASS or via Hue. I can send a remote to the developed if needed.

I noticed that from the device page it is possible to include the buttons in an automation, but they don’t actually do anything.
