Add support for Mopeka Standard (1001) Sensor

I request that the Mopeka integration be enhanced to support the “Standard” sensor version. I have verified that the new esphome component mopeka_std_check works on the two standard sensors that I own.

That said, the sensor data for % full that component provides does not match the value reported in the app.

@bdraco …as you are the codeowner, could you maybe have a look at this? Looks like deep-hanging-fruit to me, but I’m by no means a coder :slight_smile:
