Currently HA only provides support for setting the “home” time zone. The UI time zone is currently set by the time zone of the device that you are viewing the HA dashboard on. As a result all of the dashboard elements which include a time element are off by this amount. Providing a setting to set the UI time zone or allowing an over-ride to use the “home” time zone would address this.
