Hello,
Please consider adding the Keypad and Keypad Touch to the supported device list to the SwitchBot integration.
Being able to trigger automation based on who unlocked the door would be awesome. (i.e.: Notify when kids are home, or when cleaning person access the premises). Also, knowing unsuccessful attempts to open door would be a must. Enabling/disabling keypad, battery levels, setting backlight and sounds would also be useful.
