Added 2nd google nest mini, but I don't see it

Hello,

I got myself a second google nest mini for the bedroom.

Added to the wifi, and bingo: i can now turn on/off stuff just by google assistant :slight_smile:

All good till I opened Home Assistant and I realized it does not show under Integration -> Google Cast

In Google Cast I only see the previously added nest mini…

Note on my network configuration:

  • HassOS (on raspberry pi) on LAN (wired) 192.168.1.250
  • google nest 1on wifi 1 192.168.1.73
  • google nest 2on wifi 1 192.168.1.157

I have 2 wifi at home, but with on same ip range…

Ideas?

Did you check if the auto discovery is enabled in the integration option?

Normally it should have picked that device from the network itself. Did you try rebooting HA server? If that doesn’t work please delete the cast integration and restart server and then add the google cast integration again.
