Added support Tuya Local for (Action) LSC Smart Connect RGB Christmas Lights / Multi color Smart Lights

I added Tuya Local support for LSC Smart Connect RGB Christmas Lights / Multi color Smart Lights (from Action).

These lights still weren’t in Tuya Local. This is my first contribution. I couldn’t figure out how to add a new device in the original Local Tuya github because of stricts rules or something.

It adds a drop-down-menu for scenes and a drop-down-menu for the colors/colours/kleur
