Adding a editable billing cycle date option in the energy dashboard to calculate cost of current billing cycle

Hi,

Would be great if HA energy dashboard gave the current billing cycle cost in addition to daily cost tracking. If we could have an editable billing cycle field where you could add the date the cycle starts and the total cost of the billing cycle displayed on the dashboard.

Adding this would help me understand how much energy I have in the “bank”. My electric company resets my energy credits every May, not calendar year.
