I am setting up a new tablet and created a new user I didn’t get any errors but I cannot login with that user and it isn’t listed in the People section. If I try to add the same user again I get a there is already a user by that name error. Is this a known error, how do I get it fixed?

I must be missing something basic then I thought I needed a user to log in and use dashboards and such. So the Person is different, I get that now.
