Several integrations still rely on system name resolution - so any .local name will not resolve with the current base image… Can’t use a .local in piper or mpd and I’m sure there are more.
I did submit a PR to use zeroconf for mpd, which is prob a more consistent solution but any opinions on adding native avahi resolution to the base image? I don’t mind submitting a PR but I know the base image setup can be quite opiniated.
