Adding water sensor to HA

I am a super newbie. I have HA Green which when powered up found the the compatible devices – mostly my solar array inverters.

I need to add water sensors, So, after watching this video: Water leak detector that will work with HA I purchased a water leak sensor from Sinope. As I understand that I need to add a “integrator” to HA so it can find the sensor. I’ve searched this forum and others for where to get one. I found none.

Is there a step I’m missing in what I have to do to add this device or do I need to choose a different sensor?

Zigbee devices use a communication protocol that requires a special radio device called a coordinator which is not built into the Green. Do you have a Zigbee coordinator device? If not, you can find Home Assistant-compatible coordinators on blakadder’s Zigbee Device Repository. If you already have a coordinator, then will need to plug it in and set up an integration by clicking “Add Integration” on your Integrations Page.

There are two main Zigbee integrations. The integration used in the video is:

The other is Zigbee2MQTT:

Thanks for the info. I do not have the Zigbee coordinator. I will study the links you posted; much to learn. Thanks again.

This will be useful as well: Sinopé WL4200 control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT
