Can we add a couple of audio related attributes to the media player component? I was looking for something that describes the audio codec? For example, if it is a DTS or a Dolby Digital Stream
Here’s my use case: I want my lights to turn on when I am playing a movie but not youtube or music. The only way of doing that seems to be by detecting the audio stream. I notice that most of the TV, youtube and random videos have stereo sound, but movies have a Dolby Digital / DTS streams. This holds good for TV shows as well.
Would it be feasible to add some further details around the media that is being played? I think Audio/Video Codec, Surround mode, etc ?
