When I try to install new addons this is what I get.
Tried several SSH commands (ha su repair, restart, reboot etc.) but nothing helps.
I am running Ha OS on a RPi 4
I hope someone can help me.

Have a look under “Settings ? System > Repairs > kebab (3 dots) > System Information”. I believe it tells you why it’s unhealthy there.
Hi Michael,
Thank you for your response.
There was nothing under system > repairs.
Strange thing was that the time and date where off 6 months.
I broke my SD card and installed a (old) backup. But it kept going wrong.
Ended up to built everything from scratch again.
It is going to be a lot of work (all together it was 5 years of tinkering) but now I know what to do with my spare time during the christmas holidays.
Greetings Maarten
Edit:.
Even with a new setup it says: “system unhealty” after a while.
I don’t have a clou about what is wrong with my setup.
