It worked for me as well. Thank you for the solution. Simple & Efficient !!!
I had also the same issue. All addons grayed out after SSD migration. Switched back to SD and all back to normal.
Then I saw this thread and thought to go through re-installing all addons.
However, to by big surprise, all were running just fine.
So…maybe proper restart fixed the issue?

Power on & off the Raspi 4 also solved the problem for me, too.

Me too - I had changed the Pi to boot from USB and restored a full backup from a clean HA install. Full reboot sorted it
