Adguard Failed to Connect

I am trying to connect my AdGuard instance to home assistant. I use Unraid and have them set up in different dockers. I can access AdGuard by going to the local address (192.168.1.2) When I try to set up the integration in HA, it says failed to connect. See screenshot for connection settings:

I tried checking the error logs, but was not able to see anything. I have a separate HA instance running in a VM as a test instance and using those same settings I am able to connect to AdGuard right away. The only difference I can think of between the two HA instances is that my actual HA uses SSL but my test instance does not as I only use it locally. Does anyone know why it would be working on one instance but not the other? Do I need to set up encryption for adguard to get it to work on the SSL HA instance?

Sadly, I am having this same exact issue on my Unraid server. I just cannot get Home Assistant to connect to Adguard.

Adguard is connected via a br0 Network and Home Assistant is connected via a Host Network. I had this same problem with PiHole and it just would be nice to have those sensors available through Home Assistant.

The only difference is, I am not using SSL or a certificate so I unchecked both of the selections in the screenshot above.

So I figured out the issue on my end and hopefully this helps someone. It’s a setting you need to enable Unraid itself.
