ADGuard fails with Couldn't parse config file: invalid IP address

Updated my Home Assistant to the latest versions available but suspect I missing some details that have changed so if anyone could assist with this issue with ADGuard 4.0 please?

[07:43:42] INFO: Starting AdGuard Home server…
2021/03/17 07:43:42 [info] AdGuard Home, version v0.105.2, channel release, arch linux arm v7
2021/03/17 07:43:42 [error] Couldn’t parse config file: invalid IP address

IP is static, ADGuard was working fine prior to the update.

Noted this change Bind AdGuard Home to the default interface.

What have I missed or any advice on how to find my issue?

Running Hassio on PI 3 B+

Maybe share what is in your config file?

Nothing that I am aware of in the config yaml file. What changes to internal and external might affect this?
