Adjust brightness of multiple lights simultaneously

Potentially I am overlooking something, but what I am trying is beyond the standard group light configuration I think.

I have multiple lights at home, which I would like to control with 1 slider (using the rounded-theme by LE0N). The challenge however is that I would like to have a different brightness for the lights, with 1 slider movement.

E.g the main light of the area should increase as set by the slider, the others should increase as well but with a lower speed or to a maximum threshold.

Any idea how this could be done? I am till date unfamiliar with templates.

You are definitely going to have to template that. If they were all to be the same brightness I would suggest either regular groups or device groups, but if you want them to vary in brightness and then only increase incrementally by the adjustment you’ll want a light template that calculates and sets the values.
