I have a broadlink RM3 I use to send IR commands to some devices by voice, but now I need to use IR commands to trigger some actions with an universal remote command. . As far as I know Broadlink RM3 can’t receive IR commands, only can send it, unless it is in learning mode. So, I can’t use it.
What device/ hardware you recommend me as IR receiver? The best device will be an IR receiver + IR + RF emitter all in one, but If this isn’t possible, just an IR receiver will be fine, and I will continue using the RM3 as IR emitter.
If possible, wifi ot bluetooth be better, because the raspberry running HA is in a different room than the devices I want to control.
