Advice: Switching Stiebel Eltron when on solar

Hi Brains Trust,

I am looking to save a bit extra energy when I have excess solar, I found by Stiebel Eltron DHW has a function that allows me to temporarily raise the temperature when I have excess solar.
(It’s a great unit, but really dumb…)

Basically I am thinking I could use any ESP with a relay that can handle 240/1A.
Correct?

As far as that relay coil is compatible with Esp operating voltage (3.3V)
