AEON / Aeotec Illumino On/Off or Dimmer Switch Scenes (ZWave-JS) with minor Wallmote support

Note the selector can’t work as well as I would like due to some pending merges or current bugs so you may be able to select an aeotec device that is not support these things. Will update once code changes happen.
