Aeon USB Stick issues

After installing the z wave stick, it appears in HA.
I can add z wave devices.
But if I restart the HA the devices and the stick appear as “undefined”.
If I take the stick out of the usb cable and take it to the garden to add devices, when reinserting it into the usb cable, it doesn’t work anymore.
In order to reinstall the stick, I have to reset it.

What needs to be done?
