Aeotec water sensor 7 pro issues

I’m having issues with the above mentioned sensor. The water detection portion works perfectly however the temperature and humidity do not update ever and only display the readings it had when first paired to the zwave network. I have tried removing then adding it back, checking the configuration and resetting the device. I’ve submitted a ticket with aeotec but wanted to see if anyone had similar issues with this device or other zwave devices similar to this. To me it seems like a fault with the device but I can’t rule out Home Assistant…

I just picked up this sensor and I can’t even get that far. It’s not recognised on my zwaveJS system despite being in the database. Was yours easily picked up?

It picked it up immediately. Something I noticed with aeotec battery sensors is when it’s adding in zwavejs you have to hit the action button every couple seconds to wake it up to finish the add process, otherwise it won’t add correctly.

My Firmware is version 1.xx
How can i get it to version 2?

On my end, I cannot add the sensor with any type of security. Whatever I do, they always add to my network a Security : None.

Does anyone able to successfully add them as S2 security? (and yes, I have plenty of other S2 devices, so I am sure it works in my network).
