I have a few Aeotect ZWA039 temperature humidity sensors placed around my house. I replaced their batteries and now the battery level doesn’t update in ZWaveJS-UI it just remains at 0%, but the temperature values are updating correctly. I’ve tried to run the update value command in ZwaveJS after I press the wake up button on the device and that does nothing. Does any know how I can up get the battery level to report correctly so that I can get my low battery alerts working again?
maybe re-interview the device?
Yes, I often find the same with their TRV’s too, even after leaving them for days with “send battery status unsolicited once per day” set as on. A re-interview or “refresh values” fixes it from Zwave2MQTT.
Someone else on the forum said there was an update to fix the battery level.
I think this is the web page for it:

Run a nightly automation to refresh the battery values.
Make sure all your battery devices are configured to wake-up every day.
Then have patience. It’ll probably start working.
Thanks, I think this is exactly what I am looking for.
I’ve tried to reinterview before and it really didn’t work. I’ll try again before doing a firmware update.
