I’ve spent two months configuring my system, making a nice looking front end, building many automations and scripts, and now Apple files a patent that it will do all of it automatically and even produce a floor plan of my house automatically. OK, not really throwing in the towel, but it is some interesting tech. 
The new patent that can detect heartbeat signatures is really cool. I was thinking the only way we would have human identification without a watch or phone or Star Trek communicator would be with RFID implants or cameras recording our every move and using AI to identify us. But remote heart beat signature sounds really interesting.
