After HA installation on RPI4 AddonManager.install blocked from execution

Hi,

I want to use HA on my raspberry pi4. I installed HA via the raspberry pi imager. I am booting from SSD. My raspberry pi 4 is running and I have access to the HA via the browser on my normal PC.

The problem is that I could not install any add-on. I get the error message:

‘AddonManager.install’ blocked from execution, was unable to update plugin(s) cli and all plugins must be up to date first

Updates and repairs are not available.
I search for a solution and found that some people run the following commands:

ha su repair
ha core rebuild
ha host reboot

But where can I find the command line interface of HA ? I am a complete newcomer to HA.

Can anybody help me or have the same issue ?

Best regards

Dirk
