After install, can't access HomeAssistant

Windows: 10 Pro / VirtualBox: 7.1.4 / HA: haos_ova-13.2.vdi

Installed HomeAssistant under VirtualBox

It starts, but I can’t access homeassistant.local:8123 (192.168.1.101:8123 either, where 192.168.1.101 is the host machine address).

Noted that startup takes quite a while and that it times out waiting for device /dev/virtio-ports/org.qemu.guest_agent.0

When the CLI finally appears, in System Information there’s a line that reads just
IPv4 addresses for enp0s17:
that is, no address is informed.

Should mention that another Debian virtual machine I usually use is working fine.

Would a log be useful? Which one?

EDIT

Added a new Host-only network adapter to the VM.
After it starts a new address is shown and the web interface can be reached.

[SOLVED]

Sounds like your network in Virtualbox is not configured correctly.
