After restart/time get message: "Unable to load the panel source: /api/hassio/app/entrypoint.js." when trying to access addons or supervisor and also can't update to 2021.1.5

Hi,

After a restart or some time, I get the message: “Unable to load the panel source: /api/hassio/app/entrypoint.js.” when trying to access addons or supervisor, and, for instance, my NodeRed integration does not work anymore.

I run HASSIO as a Docker container on Ubuntu (running as a VM on my QNAP), see also the screenshot.
It is still version 2021.1.4 but I do not see an update prompt on the supervisor screen. The logs have some errors (attached below).
If I reload or restart the supervisor, I get the above message.
Can you help me? Might be fixed if I can update but I don’t know how.

What you have is called Home Assistant Supervised. A summary of the four primary installation methods is shown here.

Home Assistant Supervised is officially supported on only one Linux distro and that’s Debian (for more information, see ADR-0014). All other distros are not supported (by the development team) and only by the community.

I don’t know the answer to your question but hopefully someone else in the community does. After it has been resolved, consider switching to Debian at your earliest convenience to avoid other operational quirks resulting from running on an unsupported distro. It shouldn’t take too much time because you are using a VM.
